WEEK SIX PREDICTIONS
XENA AND TANNER CHEW ON THE WEEK’S BIG GAMES
Dallas @ Baltimore – The Cowboys have had a long while to replay the
meltdown against Chicago. The Boys seem
to play well against good teams on the road.
The Ravens underwhelmed in Kansas City last week. My gut says Dallas but my head says the
Ravens. Logic prevails. Ravens in a close one.
Green Bay @ Houston – The Packers are in serious trouble. If they are bad enough to blow an 18 point
lead in Indy they are bad enough to lose to Houston, right? Texans still have not played anybody. Two hard teams to gauge. Bet here is that Texans keep rolling.
New England @ Seattle – Seattle is a tough team at home, especially
defensively. The Patriots won’t run wild
on the Hawks like they did the Broncos and the Bills. Home crowd noise will suck some of the steam
from the Pats fast break offense. Still,
unless Pats turn the ball over the Hawks can’t trade points with them. New England gets the nod.
New York Giants @ San Francisco – These teams will meet for the third time in a year,
all in San Francisco. The Niners have
outscored their opponents 79-3 since the letdown in Minnesota. I look for another close game with the Niners
coming out on top. Expect more offense
from both sides than we saw last January.
